When you show the movements by wearing jeans, does it mean we can do them anytime anywhere with no warm-ups?🙏 Was wondering if I can do this one movement just whenever I feel like I want to.
Anytime, anywhere! You are in control. Jeans on, jeans off makes no difference. It's all up to you. You are only restricted by your own self. Tyler is a fantastic, selfless, enthusiastic educator.

I have a hollow back, curved. Low back issues since epidural births years ago. Cold weather makes things worse. I use hot water bottles and sometimes ubifrubin off the shelves when I think I have inflammation. It do gets better whatever I try myself with you tube research.
